Fabricated & Installed custom Retail Storefronts with 2000's modern-day engineering and storm codes while replicating the previous wood framed openings for this 1930's NYC Landmarks Commission registered Building. Storefront framing consists of custom-extruded, structural aluminum headers & frames with tempered glazing and interior Architectural Metal & Glass work. This included Storefronts, replicated cold-rolled steel & glass, with custom brass hardware - for the gothic style windows at the18th floor rooftop lounge.
