55 Story, spectacular new Marriott Hotel adjacent to the Javits Convention Center at Hudson Yards. OIS is delivering (72) ocean containers of product to the building. In conjunction with ALBCO Tech and our installation partner, Marvel Contracting, we are currently performing 50 Floors of Guestroom Interiors, the Presidential Suites and all Corridors & Elevator Lobbies. Scope consists of Designing, Manufacturing & Installing all Woodwork, Architectural Metal & Glass work, Custom Closets, Mini-Bars, Shelving, Vanities, Headboards, Desk Walls, TV Walls, Wood Paneling, Wood Ceiling Panels, Leather Panels, and Trim. Integral LED lighting systems encased within our assemblies. Includes manufacturing & Installing Custom SS Light Troughs in the ceilings, and Amenities Woodwork / Architectural Metal & Glass work. OIS also manufactured the 2-story SS Column Covers of the 4th floor exterior setback. All Manufacturing & Logistics are being performed in our Shanghai facilities, stored in our NJ Warehousing facility at Port Elizabeth.
